On Monday, March 07, 2022, at approximately 0745 hours, police responded to a call for an assault in progress inside of an apartment, located at 1011 Sheridan Avenue, within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, police observed an unconscious and unresponsive, 30-year-old male with stab wounds to the abdomen.
EMS responded and transported the victim to Lincoln Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
