On Saturday, January 11, 2020, at approximately 2237 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in the vicinity of 1441 Webster Avenue, within the confines of the 44 Precinct in Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 36-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his head.
EMS responded and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Floowing proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following 22-year-old male
suspect was arrested and charged in regard to this incident as follows.

Charges:
- murder 2
- manslaughter 1
- criminal possession of a weapon 2 (2 counts)
The investigation remains ongoing.
