On Monday, October 12, 2020, at approximately 1837 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot inside of 1486 Vyse Avenue, within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival police observed a 31-year-old male, who was unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the torso.
EMS responded and pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the two individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who are wanted in connection to the above-listed homicide, that occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
The 1st individual, wanted in connection to this incident, is described as a male, last seen wearing a dark hoodie, 20-30 years in age.
The 2nd person of interest, being sought for questioning, is described as a female, last seen wearing a stripped shirt, 20-30 years in age.
Surveillance video clip of the suspects and a photograph of one of the suspects are attached and available at DCPI.
