On Monday, April 28, 2025, at approximately 2307 hours, police responded to a 911 call for an unconscious male inside 2525 Grand Avenue, within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 40-year-old male victim with a stab wound to the chest.
EMS responded and pronounced the victim deceased on the scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 37-year-old female individual has been arrested and charged on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 0400 hours, within the confines of the 52nd Precinct.

Charges:
- murder in the 2nd degree;
- manslaughter in the 1st degree;
- criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree.
The investigation remains ongoing.
