The Bronx River Art Center (BRAC), in partnership with Urban Omnibus / The Architectural League of New York and the New York City Department of City Planning, proudly announces the launch of its newest exhibition, Cross Bronx / Living Legend, opening tonight with a free public reception. The event will feature elected officials, community leaders, and music curated by Uptown Vinyl Supreme.

This six-week gallery exhibition reexamines the Cross Bronx Expressway, not through concrete and traffic reports, but through the lives and experiences of the people who live along its path. Visitors will encounter a dynamic blend of art, storytelling, and community engagement, while also being invited to participate in walking tours, workshops, and open conversations.

Cross Bronx / Living Legend is presented by Urban Omnibus / The Architectural League of New York, the NYC Department of City Planning, and the Bronx River Art Center, with support from Cortico and Fannie Lou Hamer Freedom High School.
