On Monday, May 29, 2023, at approximately 2250 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot inside of 1199 Boston Road, within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 42-year-old male with multiple gun shot wounds to the torso.
The victim was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
