The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person (Silver Alert) within the confines of the 10 Precinct in Manhattan.
The circumstances are as follows.

344 W. 15 Street
New York, NY 10011
It has been reported to police that the missing was last seen on January 17, 2020, at approximately 1700 hours inside of Sophies Cuban restaurant, located at 76 Fulton Street within the confines of the 1st Precinct in Manhattan.
The missing is described as an 81-year-old male, White, approximately 5’9″, approximately 150 lbs, with brown eyes, and white mustache.
He was last seen wearing a brown winter jacket with light beige fur on the cuffs of the sleeves and inside of the jacket collar.
