On Friday, January 3, 2025, at approximately 1813 hours, police received a 911 call, reporting an assault in progress in the vicinity of E. 108th Street and 2nd Avenue, within the confines of the 23rd Precinct in Manhattan.
Upon arrival, officers located three (3) males with various injuries from an assault.
A 17-year-old male sustained stab wounds to their chest and lower abdomen, a 22-year-old male sustained a stab wound to the left arm, and a 62-year-old male sustained a laceration to their forehead.
The 22-year-old male and 62-year-old male were transported to local area hospitals in stable condition.
The 17-year-old male was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals / Harlem, where he was later pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.
