A 36-year-old Bronx woman was accused on Wednesday of selling crack on East Main Street in Port Jervis’ “tri-state” section, say police.
Latisha Ryer is facing one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and a count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, both felonies; and one count of possession of marijuana, a violation.
Police say Ryer was in possession of 7 grams of crack cocaine, individually packaged for sale, at the time of her arrest. Ryer was sent to Orange County Jail on $50,000 bail.
