Police in Kingston arrested a Bronx man on drug charges after they received complaints of suspicious activity in the area of 53 Elmendorf Street.
Members of the Special Investigations Unit conducted surveillance, spoke with Akhenaton Russell, 30, reported to be homeless in Bronx, in an apartment at the Elmendorf address and found him in possession of suspected cocaine and marijuana.
He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
