BP Diaz Visits Bronx Muslim Center

On Friday March 29, 2019, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. attended Friday prayer at the Bronx Muslim Center.

Borough President Diaz used the visit to express solidarity with his borough’s Muslim community in light of recent Islamophobic incidents around the globe.

“I want to thank the Bronx Muslim Center for welcoming me to their spiritual home, prior to their Friday prayer service,” said Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. “It was a pleasure to stop by the Bronx Muslim Center and let them know how much we support the Muslim community and appreciate everything they have contributed to Bronx & New York City.”
