Chanukah is a time for family and friends to come together.
Bring healing, hope, and smiles to those who need it most, and discover how meaningful your impact can be.
By volunteering at Dental Volunteers for Israel (DVI), you provide quality dental care to children, youth, and vulnerable adults who would otherwise have no access to it.
DVI welcomes licensed dentists who are passionate about helping underserved communities.
Eligible volunteers include:
- general dentists;
- pediatric dentists;
- endodontists;
- oral surgeons;
- periodontists.
Though we would like to accept all potential volunteers, please note that you must be licensed for at least two (2) years to volunteer at DVI and we are unable to accept dental assistants, dental students, or hygienists.
Volunteers typically serve for 1–2 weeks.
The clinic operates four days a week: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Accommodations
Volunteers cover their own airfare, but accommodations are fully provided for those who volunteer for at least one week. Your family is welcome to stay with you as well.
