A Bronx man accused of trafficking both cocaine and Percocet is scheduled to return to Middlesex Superior Court on Thursday.
Lesley Isler, 29, who is being held on $20,000 bail, is due in court on Thursday for a pretrial conference.
Isler pleaded not guilty at his Middlesex Superior Court arraignment on February 14, 2014 to trafficking in cocaine of more than 18 grams and trafficking in oxycodone of more than 36 grams.
The Massachusetts State Police arrested Isler on Interstate-495 in Marlborough after they pulled over a Honda Accord that he was a passenger in on October 2, 2013 for driving in the breakdown lane.
Due to the behavior of the men, police searched Isler and found that he had 31 grams of cocaine in his possession and 400 Percocet pills.
If Isler posts the bail, he is ordered to wear a GPS monitoring bracelet and not to leave the state.
