On Saturday, September 20, 2025, at approximately 0030 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in front of 952 Rev. James A. Polite Avenue, within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 46-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso.
The victim was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
