On Friday, November 05, 2021, at approximately 0144 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an aided, unconscious male, inside of 1290 Rodman Place, within the confines of the 48th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 39-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, lying within the second floor hallway, with gunshot wounds to the torso.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
