On Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at approximately 2340 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in front of 1130 Anderson Avenue, within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 23-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with a gunshot wound to the head.
EMS also responded to the location and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
