In a time of tragedy, heartbreak, and uncertainty, our community is coming together in faith, prayer, and unity to support families facing unimaginable pain and loss.
The public is invited to join us this Saturday, October 17, 2026, for a special Worship and Prayer Service from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., followed by a Community Unity Vigil at 4:30 p.m. The gathering will bring together families, clergy, community leaders, elected officials, and concerned members of the public.

This gathering will honor and lift up in prayer the families of Angel Johnson, Robin Kennedy, and Nathaly Ramirez, as well as Robin Kennedy’s 84-year-old mother, who remains in critical condition. We will also pray for the 8-month-old baby who was thrown from a balcony in the Bronx and remains hospitalized.
As families navigate these heartbreaking circumstances, we believe that no family should have to endure such pain alone. Through worship, prayer, compassion, and community solidarity, we will stand beside these families, asking God to give them strength, comfort, healing, and hope during this difficult time.
“We are coming together as one community to let these families know that they are not alone. In moments of tragedy, we must put aside our differences, stand together in prayer, and show one another the love, compassion, and unity that our community needs. We are praying for strength for the families, healing for those who are suffering, and comfort for everyone affected.”
The event will include prayers, words of encouragement, and remarks from family members, clergy, community leaders, and elected officials. Together, we will honor those affected by tragedy and demonstrate that our community stands united in faith and compassion.
