Investigators are looking into the death of a 1-year-old boy in Bronx Wednesday, authorities said.
Police were called to the boy’s home on East 232nd Street in the Wakefield section of Bronx about 11:30 a.m. and found the boy, Richard Flood, unconscious on a living room floor, the NYPD said.
Medics took the boy to Montefiore Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The medical examiner is now determining the cause of the boy’s death.
