Cops are asking residents for help finding a man accused of robbing a bank in the Castle Hill neighborhood of Bronx last week.
At about 10:40 a.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2012, the man walked into the Chase Bank branch at 748 Castle Hill Avenue and passed the teller a note demanding money, police said. The teller complied, handing over an undetermined amount of cash, and the suspect fled in an unknown direction.
Witnesses told cops the man was apparently in his 30s, 5-feet-9, and about 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue and white Nautica T-shirt, blue jeans and dark sunglasses, and was carrying a black backpack.
