On Friday, January 08, 2021, at approximately 0015 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, stabbed at the corner of Boynton Avenue and Westchester Avenue, within the confines of the 43rd precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, responding officers discovered a unidentified adult male, lying on the ground, unconscious and unresponsive, with multiple stab wounds about the body.
EMS also responded to the location and transported the victim to Westchester Square Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following individual has been arrested and charged.

Charges:
- murder;
- manslaughter;
- criminal possession of a weapon.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
