The Plaintiff, ALISA ROSOFSKY, in the above entitled case has filed an action to be granted custody of the minor children of ALISSA ROSTOFSKY and SALVATORE LORE, which action is pending at the above named Superior Court for the Judicial District of Waterbury, 300 Grand Street, Waterbury, CT 06702 with a hearing date of Januar 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..

IT APPEARS that the residence or whereabouts of SALVATORE LORE is UNKNOWN, and that the last known address for SALVATORE LORE was 143 West Fordham Road, Bronx, NY 10454.

TAKE NOTICE: To respond to the Action, or to be informed of thefurther proceedings, you or your attorney must file a form called an “Appearance” with the Clerk of the Court at the above court address on or before 01/18/2013, the date assigned for hearing.
