On Sunday, November 17, 2019, at approximately 2112 hours, police responded to a 911 call of two males shot opposite 1725 Randall Avenue (Soundview Houses) within the confines of the 43 Precinct (PSA#8) in Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 19-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the back and a 21-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the arm.
EMS responded to the location and transported both males to NYC Health and Hospitals / Jacobi, where the 19-year-old male was pronounced deceased and the 21-year-old male remains in stable condition.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

The investigation remains ongoing.
