The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following missing female who resides within the confines of the 42 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.

Rosa Howell
1350 Washington Avenue
Bronx, NY 10456
It was reported to the police that Rosa Howell was last seen Sunday, November 17, 2019 at 1300 hours leaving her residence.
She is described as a 77-year-old female, Black, being approximately 5’10” tall, weighing 120 lbs., with a thin build, brown eyes and black hair.
She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black slacks, black sneakers and a green blouse.
