The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following missing male who resides within the confines of the 42 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.

Robert Starks
1190 Franklin Avenue
Bronx, NY 10456
It was reported to the police that Robert Starks was last seen Wednesday, December 25, 2019, at 2000 hours, leaving his residence.
He is described as being a 16-year-old male, Black, approximately 5’7″ tall, weighing 165 lbs., with brown eyes, a thin build, light complexion and short black hair.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black sweatpants, black shoes and a white du-rag.
