The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.

It was reported to police that Richard Herrera was last seen on Saturday, November 05, 2022, at approximately 1700 hours, leaving his residence.
The missing is described as a 36-year-old approximately 5’11” tall, weighing 185 lbs., with a medium-dark skin complexion, brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen wearing a black hat, black jacket, and blue jeans.
