On Friday, July 5, 2019 at approximately 1105 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot at 1750 Sedwick Avenue, within the confines on the 46 Precinct in Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 44-year-old male unconscious and unresponsive with a gun shot wound to the head.
EMS also responded and pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
The identity of the deceased is pending family notification.
The incident above has been deemed a homicide.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 44-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on 07/09/2019.
