The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the Rafael Hollis in regard to a homicide that occurred within the confines of the 44 Precinct in Bronx.
On October 04, 2019 at 1834 hours police responded to a report of an assault inside of the 167 Street train station, located within the 44 Precinct.
Upon arrival officers discovered a 25 year-old male with a gunshot wound to the torso.
EMS transported the male to Lincoln Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.
Rafael is described as being a 29-year-old male, Black, 5’8″, 160 lbs.
After proper family notification, the 25-year-old male victim has been identified as follows.

- murder 2nd degree;
- man slaughter;
- criminal possession of a weapon;
- act in manner injuries to child.
The investigation remains ongoing.
