The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application and Draft Remedial Investigation Work Plan from La Central Manager, LLC for a site known as La Central – Phase I, site ID #C203086. This site is located in the Borough and County of Bronx, and is located at 430 Westchester Avenue.
Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than September 9, 2016. A copy of the application, Draft Remedial Investigation Work Plan and other relevant documents are available at the document repositories located at the New York Public Library – Mott Haven, 321 East 140th Street, Bronx and Community Board No. 1, 3024 Third Avenue, Bronx.
