The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to provide further information on an individual, arrested for various sex-related crimes, committed against children.
It was reported to police that sometime between January 2018 and April 2021, inside of Growing Up Day Care, located at 1654 Monroe Avenue, the individual sexually assaulted at least two children under the age of 11.
The following 67-year-old male individual was arrested on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 0945 hours.

Charges:
- forcible touching;
- sexual abuse (3 counts);
- criminal sexual act (6 counts);
- acting in a manner injurious to a child.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
