NOTICE TO: Joyce Ansari, formerly of Bronx, NY

Upon the complaint of the Plaintiff in the above-entitled action, praying for reasons therein set forth, for a foreclosure of tax liens on the property known as

21 Cambridge Street, Hartford, CT 06120

and possession of said premises, returnable to the above court on the 8th Tuesday of January 2013, and upon a motion in said action for an order of notice, at appearing to and being found by the subscribing authority, that the identities and residences of the Defendant, Joyce Ansari, named above are unknown to the Plaintiff, and that notice of the institution of this action most likely to come to their attention is that hereinafter ordered: it is ORDERED, that notice of the institution of this action be given to the said Defendant, Joyce Ansari, by some proper officer or other person causing a true and attested copy of this order of notice to be published in The Bronx Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Bronx, New York area, once a week for two successive weeks, commencing on or before December 6, 2012, and that return of such notice be made to the above-named court.
