On Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 0012 hours, the following 33-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 111^th Precinct in Queens.

Arrested:

David Kim
NYPD Sergeant

Charges:

driving while intoxicated (2 counts);
leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
