On Sunday, December 01, 2019, at approximately 1630 hours, the following 38-year-old male off-duty New York City Employee was arrested and charged in the confines of the 46^th Precinct in Bronx.

Charges:

strangulation 2^nd

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
