On Tuesday, July 26, 2022, the following 23-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charges within the confines of the 121st Precinct in Staten Island.

NYPD Custodial Assistant
Charges:
- promoting a sexual performance by a child < 17;
- possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
