On Thursday, September 16, 2021, at 1524 hours, the following 36-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged in the confines of the 113^th Precinct in Queens.

NYC Department of Correction

Charges:

false report;
false written statement.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
