On Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 0556 hours, the following 32-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 105th Precinct in Queens.

Charges:
- driving while intoxicated;
- refusal to take breath test;
- driving while ability impaired – alcohol.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
