TAKE NOTICE that a pleading seeking relief against Defendant Doris Speight was filed on December 18, 2017 in the above-entitled action. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows:
That the Court enter judgment against Defendant upon Plaintiff’s claims for reformation of deed, equitable subrogation, unjust enrichment/constructive trust, and equitable lien.
You are required to make defense to such pleading no later than 40 days following, March 19, 2018, and upon your failure to do so, the party seeking service against you will apply to the Court for the relief sought.
