TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to a judgment of foreclosure and sale entered in the above captioned action on April 27, 2017, the undersigned Referee named in said judgment will sell at public auction on May 21, 2018, at 2:00 P.M., in Room 600 at the Bronx County Courthouse, 851 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 10451, the premises described in said judgment of foreclosure and sale. Said premises are known as 654 Westchester Avenue, Bronx, NY 10455 (Block 2623, Lot 196), situate in the County of Bronx, City and State of New York.
The approximate amount of plaintiff’s lien is $194,972.38 plus interest and costs. The premises will be sold in one parcel and subject to provisions of the filed judgment and terms of sale.
