THENCE Westerly through a party wall on a line forming an angle of 90 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds on its northerly side with the last mentioned course 100.19 feet to the easterly side of Casanova Street;

THENCE Northerly along the easterly side of Casanova Street 51.98 feet to the corner of Randall Avenue, the point or place of BEGINNING.
