Pursuant to a judgment of partition and sale duly entered on November 15, 2017, I, Patrick Wynn, Esq., will sell at public auction to the highest bidder at The Bronx County Courthouse, at 851 Grand Concourse, Bronx, New York, Room 600 at 2:00 P.M. on March 12, 2018, the premises described in said judgment and known as 54 Clinton Place, Bronx, New York 10453, as one parcel.
ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying, and being in the Borough and County of Bronx, City and State of New York, and known on the official tax map of said Municipality as Block 3207, Lot 20.
Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed judgment
