If you are a Hispanic male, 28-35 yrs, 5’6”-5’8”, met an African-American woman named Tiffany T., 37 yrs old, in late Dec. of 2016 near 161st St., Bronx, NY, and had sexual relations with her, a petition has been filed asking the Court to put an end to all rights you have to your child B.B.T.
The hearing shall be held in the Chester County Justice Center, 201 W. Market Street, West Chester, PA 19380 on Sept. 10 2018 at 1:30 p.m., in courtroom 15 before the Hon. Mark Tunnell.
If you wish to defend you must enter a written appearance personally or by attorney and file your defenses or objections in writing with the court. You are warned that if you fail to do so the case will proceed without you and a judgment may be entered against you without further notice.
