The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 111th Precinct in Queens.

It was reported to the police that Noel Kirkwood was last seen Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at 1544 hours, leaving his residence to go for a walk.

The missing is described as an 86-year-old male, White, approximately 5’8″ tall, weighing 170 lbs., with a thin build, light complexion, blue eyes and gray hair.

He was last seen wearing a straw hat, a red and black sweater, khaki pants, white shoes and possibly carrying an umbrella. He is known to frequent Peck Park.
