The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the person in the attached photograph who resides within the confines of the 121st Precinct in Staten Island.
The circumstances are as follows.

Staten Island, NY 10302
Niah Sykes was last seen on Thursday, March 05, 2020, at approximately 1630 hours, at 22 Halsey Street in Brooklyn.
She is described as a 14-year-old female, Black, 5’4″, 140 lbs.; with a medium build, dark complexion, black hair and last seen wearing a black ski jacket, black pants, white sneakers
