New York Latin American Art Triennial

The Bronx Council on the Arts, in conjunction with Hostos Center for the Arts & Culture, will present the New York Latin American Art Triennial at The Longwood Art Gallery @ Hostos, one of six venues for this city-wide exhibition that is produced by the Bronx Hispanic Festival which curates cultural events celebrating Hispanic Heritage.

The triennial explores the “Progressive Transition,” the action and the effect of moving from one state to another.

Participating artists :

Dió-genes Abréu (Dominican Republic), Aviva Aleph (Cuba), Jerry Lim, Valente Arana (Mexico), Maria Bouquet (Argentina), Monica S Camin (Argentina), Hubert Caño (Puerto Rico), Angel Delgado (Cuba), Alex Duque (Colombia), Borinquen Gallo (Italy), Sandra Monterroso (Guatemala), Miguel Trelles (Puerto Rico).

The Triennial Chief Curator is Alexis Mendoza and the Triennial Director, Luis Stephenberg.
