New York City Housing Authority Employee, Brandon Suarez, 30, Arrested

On Tuesday June 11, 2024, at 2038 hours, the following 30-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

Arrested:

Brandon Suarez
New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA)

Charges:

  • resisting arrest;
  • obstructing governmental administration in the 2nd degree;
  • criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
