On Monday, February 03, 2020, at approximately 2112 hours, police responded to a 911 call for a male shot inside of 4453 White Plains Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 43-year-old male in the lobby of the location with a gunshot wound to the chest.
EMS arrived and transported the victim to Montefiore Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Followig proper family notification, the deceased 43-year-old male was identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following individual has been arrested and charged on Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at 1951 hours, within the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx.

Charges:
- murder;
- manslaughter;
- criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm.
The investigation remains ongoing.
