The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the person in the attached photo who resides within the confines of the 108th Precinct in Queens.
The details are as follows.

Luis Angel Cambi Dutan
35-58 65th Street
Queens, NY 11377
It was reported to police on Thursday, May 28, 2020, that Luis Dutan was last seen at his residence on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at approximately 1200 hours.
The missing is described as a 35-year-old male, Hispanic, medium complexion, 5’7″ tall, weighing 190 lbs.
He was last seen wearing gray pants and red sneakers.
