Seeking an experienced maintenance superintendent to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of a 75-unit residential property in Bronx, NY.
The superintendent will be responsible for completing work orders, preventive maintenance, scheduling contractors / vendors. The right candidate will have experience in light plumbing and electrical carpentry. Must be able to respond to emergency calls.
This is a live–in position, which includes a rent-free apartment.
Candidates must possess a positive attitude, be proficient in speaking, reading, writing in English. Must have good communication and people skills.
