On Friday, June 17, 2022, Kingsbridge Heights Community Center (KHCC) will be hosting an event; the 9th Annual Neighborhood Fest – an evening of activities, games, and fun. The event, scheduled for 03:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m. provides an opportunity for everyone in the neighborhood to come together and have a good time.

There will be a bounce house for children, a Wii Station for everyone to show their dance moves, DJ Morsy with a fantastic playlist, a Pride-themed photo booth with Juneteenth-themed props, games for friends and family, and more. The event is free and open to everyone in the neighborhood.

“KHCC began nearly 50 years ago with an emphasis on providing children and youth a safe place where they receive support, education, and can be kids. The Neighborhood Festival is a staff-led event that lets all of us embrace our inner child,” said Margaret Della, CEO, Kingsbridge Heights Community Center.

Friends, families, and attendees will be able to enjoy hot food straight from the grill and learn more about the services that KHCC provides for the community. “This event allows me to connect with my community in the best ways. We are able to create together, share information, laugh, and enjoy music. KHCC’s Neighborhood Festival is for EVERYONE.,” said Kadijah Caban, Youth Operations Director of the Kingsbridge Heights Community Center.

The attendees will also be eligible for entering a raffle. The winner of the raffle will receive 4 tickets to LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Westchester.
