The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person within the confines of the 49 Precinct in Bronx.
The circumstances are as follows.
It was reported to police that the missing was last seen on Thursday November 15, 2018, in front of 1400 Pelham Parkway South, at approximately 12:20 p.m. The missing is described as a male, black, 4’4″ tall, 85 lbs., brown eyes and black hair; last seen wearing a blue coat, a light blue hooded sweater, blue jeans and black sneakers.
