On Sunday, September 27, 2020, at approximately 1913 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an aided male inside of 315 E. 206 Street, Apt. 2D, within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers conferred with FDNY personnel, who discovered an unconscious and unresponsive unidentified adult male, lying face down in the apartment with multiple slash wounds to his head and back.
EMS pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
An additional unidentified adult male was taken into custody from the scene.
Following an ongoing investigation, the following 50-year-od male suspect was arrested.

Charges:
- murder;
- manslaughter;
- criminal lossession of a weapon.
The identity of the victim is withheld until proper family notification.
The investigation remains ongoing.
